I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was vibrant, right in the heart of the action, offering a lively atmosphere but also leading to noise disturbances late at night. The rooms, although lacking air conditioning, were old yet clean.

The hotel's location is incredible, right on the zócalo, offering a perfect base in the heart of Oaxaca. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, albeit a bit dim. The service was outstanding, with staff being helpful and attentive. The dining options were delicious but on the pricey side. A wonderful stay overall.
